I had the pleasure of working with Joanne in arranging a Panama Canal cruise. Joanne literally took care of everything. She arranged the hotel in San Francisco, private wine tours and a visit to Alcatraz before we left on the cruise. Joanne takes special care to pick out the perfect room on the cruise. She assisted us in picking out some wonderful excursions. The cruise was perfect from start to finish, with much of the credit going to Joanne’s hard work.
