I had the pleasure of working with Joanne in arranging a Panama Canal cruise. Joanne literally took care of everything. She arranged the hotel in San Francisco, private wine tours and a visit to Alcatraz before we left on the cruise. Joanne takes special care to pick out the perfect room on the cruise. She assisted us in picking out some wonderful excursions. The cruise was perfect from start to finish, with much of the credit going to Joanne’s hard work. Last year Lisa organized a trip for our entire family, 36 of us, to take the cruise out of Boston to Bermuda. She was simply put...outstanding throughout the whole process. She made sure that our state rooms were all blocked together and got us several "extras" from the cruise line. She had t-shirts made for each member of our family which included young children and babies. Lisa kept us informed about the trip prior and also after the cruise to make sure we were pleased.
